    L'Hort Verd is a renovated vintage-style villa conveniently located in the center of the island, just 800 meters away from Sencelles, the village that disposes of all necessary services like supermarket and baker, as well as cafeterias and restaurants is easily reached on foot. The small picture-pretty village of Biniali is just 4 km away, the next larger town of Inca is called with restaurants, boutiques, shops, the leather town 10 Km and the port city of Palma with its 'myriad' shopping and cultural activities is equally quickly in 20 minutes by car to reach. The landscape in the vicinity of the house is dominated by the vineyards of some of the most important wineries of the island.

    Renovated and decorated in vintage style cottage "L'Hort Verd", translated the green garden, is wonderfully pretty and peaceful surroundings in a 40th 000 m2 property situated. Like an oasis the country house is surrounded by a garden with local plants and trees in the heart of rural land.

    The spacious landscaped terraces provide natural shade, both in the pool area, as well as relaxation or dining area, but also a shadow spendener sunscreen is available in the relax and dining area.

    Inmidst the gardens is the 9 x 9 m large swimming pool with sun loungers. You can reach the pool from the garden over a view steps, or from the first floor over a bridge. The terraces are fully furnished with outdoor furniture.

    On the ground floor are the entrance hall, the spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating for up to eight, and the living room with comfortable sofas. A big glass door from the living area as well as from the dining area leads to the terraces and garden.

    Two bedrooms with in suite bathroom are downstairs. Special feature of the ground floor bedrooms: you get into the back bedroom through the front bedroom, which is perfect for families with children.

    A staircase between sleeping and living area leads to the upper floor. Here are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite. The master bedroom on the first floor is very spacious, the view from here is magnificent. Also the fourth double double bedroom has a beautiful views. From the upper floor you can get over a modern bridge to the elevated pool. For early risers, the first time after rising like a swim in the pool that is an incomparable sensation. There is a an further shower room at the pool area.

    Estate - Sencelles - Nearby Cities - Distance to the beach - TV - Wi-Fi: From the cottage you can walk a good walk to Sencelles, or you are with the a few minutes in the cute little place Biniali. In the vicinity there are several interesting wineries, the landscape is characterized by extensive vineyards. Palma is only 15 to 20 minutes, the nearest beach is located in Palma, but also the beaches of the North and of the other island regions are often less than a 30 minutes' ride. The property offers peace and relaxation in a rural setting, but at the same time provides easy access to Sencelles, Inca and Palma with the chance to enjoy the excitement of city life on the island.

    Similarly, if you want to stay on vacation up to date: The property has satellite TV (Astra), as well as wireless Internet WiFi.

    Terraces, pool & BBQ for cozy barbecues: The nicest thing about the houses in the south but is simply always the fact that you can stay outdoors for hours. Is there anything more beautiful than to start the day with a breakfast on the terrace, during the day stay by the pool in the sun or in the shade, only to finish a perfect day after a refreshing shower with a cozy barbecue and a glass of wine . The different terrace areas are suitable for this purpose perfectly. And at one of the many summer nights you have the opportunity to contemplate the Majorcan starry sky. A highlight of the finca 'L'Hort Verd’ is the large pool which is embedded in this little oasis and the dining area on the exterior, a sort of pavilion with a gorgeous big table for larger companies, for a typical southern food with family and friends in this so charming authentic and rustic environment.

    Wir haben zum dritten Mal in 2016 auf Mallorca Ferien gemacht. Und zum dritten mal eine schöne Finca gebucht. Zum ersten Mal hat 100% alles gepasst. Es gibt daher nicht viel zu sagen außer: Wir waren absolut mit dem gesamten Service der Agentur, auch während wir dort waren, durch die Agentur sehr zufrieden. Hier wird sich gekümmert! Hoch zufrieden auch mit dem eigentlichen Haus, dem Garten und auch mit der Beachtung und Einweisung durch die Eigentümer bei der An- und bei der Abreise. Die gesamte Familie war super toll zufrieden mit dem Anwesen. Es ist oder es war wirklich erholsam und eine Energie spendende Finca für uns in den 9 Tagen gewesen. Nicht vorzustellen, wie es wohl dort in dem tollen Pool und der Finca im Hochsommer hätte sein können. Wir müssen einmal wiederkommen.
    Sorgen Sie bitte für dauerhaften Sonnenschein und super Temperaturen auch im Herbst! Spaß gemacht... Eventuell wäre ein Gas-Grill was tolles.. Aber das wären dann schon 105% Zufriedenheit auf der Skala.
