Welcome to Xanet! A beautiful finca with a pool near Pollença. Xanet is modern and at the same time Mallorcan. The finca has been skilfully restored, sustainably and energy-efficiently equipped with a photovoltaic system. The Xanet finca is linear, modern and completely restored with a lot of charm. Loft-like and on two levels, traditional stone walls merge here with stylish, contemporary furniture. Thus, the architect has succeeded in blending the advantages of old and new into an atmospheric unity. On around 85 square metres, two guests can comfortably find space. In the double room with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, you can spend pleasant, relaxing nights. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200cm) and is located on the upper floor. On the ground floor, you will also find a beautiful, spacious living area and a dining area with an open, interconnected kitchen. The outdoor area of the finca is lovingly designed with a covered, fully equipped terrace and a beautiful pool area. The 12m x 3m saltwater pool is naturally a stylish eye-catcher and invites you to extensive swimming. Enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape and mountains in the background.
