Villa Marina is very pretty and quiet in the middle of a 7,000 m2 large estate in the Marina area, located near Golf Pollensa. This traditional natural stone villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden planted with palms and other local plants and has a stunning view of the rural surroundings right up to the small town of Pollença. Via a country road you reach the entrance gate of the country house with a short driveway to the house. In the well-maintained garden there is the 10 x 5 m2 large pool with six sun loungers and parasol. The covered and open terraces are completely equipped with garden tables and chairs. It is in particular the covered and open terraces on different levels that make the house unique. A rustic wooden door leads into the entrance hall. On the left is the bedroom wing with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. On the ground floor of the main house is the spacious living area: the living room with comfortable sofa and two armchairs, the fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area with a beautifully whitewashed solid wood table and seating for up to eight people. From the living and dining area you access the covered terrace with another impressive solid wood table and seating for up to eight people. In front of the covered terrace is a large open sun terrace, where the table tennis table is located. Further on, a few steps lead to the pool with six sun loungers and outdoor shower. Adjacent to the pool area is the grill under the small covered terrace, a solid wood table with chairs invites you to a cosy barbecue evening by the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning, in the living area there is no air conditioning, two mobile fans are available. You want to stay up to date during your holiday, Villa Marina has wireless internet access and satellite TV (Astra Sat). General | One of the nicest things about houses in the south is simply that you can spend hours outdoors. Is there anything nicer than starting the day with breakfast on the terrace, spending the day by the pool in the sun or in the shade under a palm tree, and then after a refreshing shower ending the day with a cosy barbecue evening with a glass of wine. The covered terrace is perfect for the latter and withstands all weather conditions. And on warm summer nights you like to sit on one of the open terraces to enjoy the Majorcan starry sky unobstructed. Area | 'Marina' is the toponym of the area where the country house is located. The area is known for its particularly quiet location. The estate is located on an old country road between Port de Pollença, Golf Pollença and Alcudia. The road branches off into further smaller paths, ideal for walks, jogging and cycling. Nevertheless, due to the proximity to Pollença, you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the lively village life.
